These include individual outdoor enthusiasts, mountain rescue and expedition teams and all those who instruct or lead outdoor activites. The courses are approved for SPA, Mountain Skills and Mountain leader, the Irish Canoe Union and Irish Surfers Association.

The remote series of courses teach outdoor first aid as a practical skill - all our courses are heavily practical and scenario based and partcipants can expect to learn skills that will prove invaluable when managing ill or injured people far from medical assistance.

Courses are delivered in a fun and informal environment with an emphasis on practising skills in a realistic outdoor setting.
